Abstract
This study aims to explore the Psychological Wellbeing (PWB) of kindergarten teachers in DKI Jakarta, focusing on the factors influencing their psychological health. A quantitative approach was employed with a descriptive design, involving 260 kindergarten teachers selected through random sampling.
