Abstract
The National Commission on Disability (KND) fought for the issuance of a Telegram Letter from the Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) on September 9, 2022, regarding the issuance of Driver's Licenses (SIM) A and C for those who are deaf and SIM D for those who are physically disabled.
