Abstract
Biomass waste can be found in many areas, this research used briquettes from tofu dregs and from spent coffee grounds. Spent coffee grounds are produced after someone drinks their coffee, and until now become waste. Several types of waste are produced in tofu production, one of which is tofu dregs.
