Abstract

In Indonesia, oil palm plantations that are developed in Forest Areas are considered legally prohibited. This is based on the provisions contained in Law Number 18 of 2013 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction that oil palm plantation activities in forest areas are illegal
