Abstract
A ferry boat is sea transportation that is used to carry out activities to take people from one place to another by boat. Bengkalis State Polytechnic has 1 fishing boat but it is not operated, so here we are modifying the fishing boat into a boat for crossing from Sei Pakning to to Bengkalis Island.
