Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused drastic changes in various sectors, one of which is the economic sector. MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) as the largest contributor to GDP cannot be separated from being affected by the pandemic. PP Policy No. 21 regarding large-scale social restrictions
