Abstract
Vocational High School (SMK) as one of the vocational schools plays a strategic role in fulfilling the workforce. One of the competencies that must be possessed by vocational graduates is the ability of HOTS. Many SMK graduates are not absorbed into the industry because they don't have HOTS ability.
