Abstract
So many patients experience chronic physical illness, some of them feel the pain excessively, which called pain catastrophizing. Pain catastrophizing causes the patient to feel excessive pain. It makes the patient become stress or depression. One that can relieve the pain catastrophizing is mindfuln
