Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) cases in Tugurejo Regional Hospital Semarang City increased up to 45,87% in 2018. Length of stay of patient in Tugurejo Hos-pital was 28.74% not in accordance with INA-DRG standards. It meant the rate of clinical condition improvement inpatient was slow. The aim was to
