Abstract
According to UU No 18/2012 concerning food states that food safety is an effort to prevent food from biological, chemical, and physical contamination. BPOM in 2017 reported a case that 16.35% of food poisoning in Indonesia came from snacks at school, and as much as 42.14% came from household snacks.
