Abstract
The idea of a legal state was first put forward by Plato, when he wrote Nomoi, as a third written work made in his old age. While in the first two written, Polytheia and Politicos, no legal state has yet to appear. Plato points out in Nomoi that good implementation state was on good arrangements law
