Abstract
Traffic volume that exceeds the existing road capacity occurs on Jalan Piet A. Tallo during peak hours condition. Congestion often occurs in the mornings and evenings. In addition, there is a merging of the 4/2T road segment into 2/2TT which results in a buildup of traffic flow at that point so that
