Abstract

Sarang banua plant (Clerodendrum fragransVent Willd), the Verbanaceae family is found in village Raya Usang,Simalungun district of Indonesia, traditionally used as medicinal plant. Secondary metabolite research from C. fragrans local plant extract aims to develop its potential as a drug ingredient.
