Abstract
The objective of this research was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, job design, and work motivation on work effectiveness of lecturer at Institut Transportasi and Logistik Trisakti Jakarta. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis.
