Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to understand societal sentimental about “Hima Das Caste search” and study its influence on organizations. A strong trend emerged when people started searching for Hima Das caste after she won gold medal in the 400-meter final at U-20 IAAF, World Championship at Finland.
