Abstract
This research aims to isolate and identify the endophytic microbes that potentially produce antibiotics from Eucheuma cottonii. Isolation was carried out using Pour plate method with serial dilution technique 10-1 to 10-3. The gram stains provided excellent ways to identify the endophytic microbe. T
