Abstract
The condition of Indonesia's labor problems in East Java is very high. Based on the data there are about seven thousand problematic Indonesian Workers in East Java. Of these, the migrant worker from Madura is around 70%. They come from 4 regencies, namely Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan and Sumenep. B
