Abstract
This paper implements a new way of innovative social policy with the basic income grant (BIG). We simulate an amount of FCFA12,000 (USD22.5) given monthly per individual to the whole population of Côte d’Ivoire and we analyze the impacts of this policy on individuals and groups. The simulations are
